Considering taking a position in the CDP program as an Analyst. I told the recruiter that my top choices were Philadelphia or Boston. (Want to stay in the Northeast) We haven’t talked much a about salary. Does compensation vary based on location?

Recently had my year end review. I am a 4th year at mid size firm in NYC my raise last year was $20,000 and my bonus was $10,000. This year my raise was $20,000 and bonus $15,000. I feel like I working extremely hard this year and overall significantly improved (my review had no negative comments), but the additional $5k doesn’t make sense to me. Is this standard or should I say something?

I'm currently working as an electrical designer in the MEP industry. I have 125% offer from ey GDS, yoe 6.8 , now I get to know they are offering more CTC to less exp people for same role in same team.

If I talk to hr about this , is there any chances she will revise my offer ? It is any practice.

Ps- at time of negotiation, she instantly agreed to my asking CTC. I tried to get some more but she said they already given above 100% hike. So I did not engage further and agreed.

Deadlines are too short
Have to work at least 12+hrs a day
Micromanagement is done at few instances
Getting stressed everyday
