So I've had 2 hiring managers and several recruiters from Amazon reach out to me about applying for some open positions with the company (android). I completed the coding assessment and now they want me to go through a round of 5 hour interviews next week. Is there a good chance I'll be hired if engineering managers are reaching out to me? I'm really not sure how badly I want to work for them and I don't want to be laid off months after being hired on. Anyone know what Amazon hiring is like?

Yes indeed. this statement is true, seldomly we encounter for companies who welcomes fresh ideas as well as innovative minds, they are bound to the ancient practice of sustaining a system Pre-Configured where we can assume that they are comfortable with the status of their company and start to care less about business expansion. Qualities they seek are far too many than the actual workload of the employee. Thus, in these practices, employees are set into a routine. an endless loop. Hope someday companies would be far more open about exploring alternative practices.
Its impossible in all of tech work industries, I work in RF fields and the pay is entry levels at best, these companies don’t want to pay for expertise experience
