I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?

I’ll be the Debbie downer. Industry (at least large corporates) isn’t going to be fooled by fast promotions.
We know what is happening in the big 4 and that the rapid promotions are a retention move and not at the same standards as 3-4 years ago. Said another way, unless the company is really desperate you aren’t exiting to a director position in industry with 4-5 YOE.
Search some other threads - tons of managers (who were not promoted in this environment) getting senior analyst offers. I can tell you my employer would not consider that as a director level hire or an associate director hire. Probably wouldn’t even do a SM position.
That said to answer the question - if you don’t care about long term partnership potential - take the money or where you think you will enjoy the next couple years more.
I don’t think it matters unless one is providing better opportunities (access to the type of clients you want to work on, type of work etc.).
Staying with the firm will work out better for you
Getting promoted to manager speaks more of your skills. As someone in industry who discusses candidates, we do look at promotion vs. moving firms for a promotion
Are you unhappy with your current firm? If not, it doesn't make any sense to leave. Job hopping is not necessarily a negative thing on a resume, but certainly no one views it as a positive.
