Is it now mandate to go to office 2 days a week?

Hello Everyone,

My joining is on 11th July. I believe I have to collect the laptop from Camac street on joining date. But after laptop collection, should I WFH as the Technopolis office is not ready? Also, how much time does it take on first day for all the formalities? After laptop collection and formalities, I am planning to return to my hometown which is 250 km away.

So who else here is experiencing plummeting billable hours and exponential weight gain since this whole WFH thing started? Bought snacks for 30 days, finished in 48 hours.

How is CBA Bangalore in terms of Work Culture and Work Life Balance ? Is company expecting to work from office?

People who are happy that the office is dead should reconsider. If the office is dead wouldn't that mean more outsourcing and less TC forward? Isn't it short sighted to think jobs will stay in the US if they are remote considering how expensive it is to hire here?

So just throwing this out there. Can agencies give us WFH bonuses to cover the cost of setting up a home office? I had to invest quite a hefty sum for a desk, office chair and upgrade my wifi connection. Also, can we deduct our work space rent area for tax purposes? Every little bit helps!

I have an OL from LTI with a CTC-20 Lpa..As my mother had brain surgery, i need to be with her. i have asked HR to provide WFH. Does LTI support in these kinds of cases?? I have also asked HR to set up a call with the Project Manager.

Hi - can someone from globant please let me know if the company is providing permanent WFH. If not, are there any possibilities to ask for at least 1 yr WFH.

Seems like hiring has slowed down but i feel we are in for another bout of great resignations due to companies calling it's employees back now and employees finding ways to continue WFH. The ones who get lucky continue WFH while not so lucky ones will start switching and startups and other mid level companies cashing in on the talent. Looks like it's the lull before the storm.

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

I work for a small agency and manage our internal marketing acct. We had very few processes in place when I started. I’ve since created, implemented, and trained our dept. on project mgmt for clients and am trying to convince the owner to apply those principles to our internal jobs. They are resistant because they just want the work to be done and don’t “want to keep spending money on internal jobs”.
