I have a B.Com degree and non-IT experience in accounting and payroll. I’m finding it difficult to transition into better opportunities without relevant skills. I am considering US CMA as a way to upskill and advance my career.

Would this be a good choice? Will it significantly improve my job prospects? Any insights from those who have made a similar transition would be helpful!"

Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!

SO and I got in to a disagreement on the background of Indian tech CEOs. It appears that they are all from 1 or 2 major communities in India.
