Is it possible to get permanent WFH at pwc AC?

I joined in March and got onboarded virtually. So far working in a WFH environment but wondering if I can get permanent one. Dont want to go to office.

Have 2.4 year of experience into fraud investigation. Current CTC 4.5 LPA and GS offered me 6.5LPA is that good enough?? And any suggestions before joining Goldman Sachs

Pwc one is US shift (6pm-3Am) while GT one is day shift(11Am - 8PM). Considering more ctc n day shift in GT over night shift in PWC. Is it good decision to drop the big 4? PwC Grant Thornton
