Is it reasonable to ask for £60K + £8k signing bonus for a £50K offer at a boutique?

Recently performed well in an internship (best in my cohort according to hiring manager) and am hoping this translates to an offer. Starting salary is usually around £50k but I know many on the team I joined with the same years of experience earn £60k

I don't want to ask for a crazy increase but I want to ask for more with a view to being okay with them negotiating somewhere in the middle

So I am wondering if anyone has felt due their bachelors that is not health care repeated found something to work from home in health care. Could use some guidance. I love health care but I do like working from home and helping patients.
