These replies are a reflection of what could happen. Some people might not care, while others could see it as disrespectful. Personally, I wouldn’t do it. I’d rather play the corporate game and show love to my current agency instead of repping where I used to work.
I would if that was WK merch. Like "I made it to the pros before coming here".
It is. It's like yeah we all in the mud now but there was a time when I wasn't... and you all still were hahah.
I personally wouldn’t do it, feels weird to rock a competitor’s logo at your job. You really don’t have another shirt to wear? Lol
🤣🤣🤣
Just make a joke of it and say well new agency needs to send me a new wardrobe.
I mean…I wouldn’t do it
At least pretend to drink the kool-aid. That’s all that matters these days and takes very little effort. Wearing a previous agency’s tee gives off IDGAF about this place, which isn’t a good look in front of decision makers. But you do you.

Unless I work for Nike, Vans, North Face, or any other company that makes clothing, I'm not wearing my employer's logo anything.
Any kind of swag I'm given goes straight to a homeless person.
🤣🤣🤣
Tell them it’s laundry day
Why antagonize yourself and have it work against you if you don’t need to
How about wearing merch from an older iteration of your agency several mergers ago?
I miss Young & Rubicam 💔
I have done it. It’s part of your trajectory and it’s in no way unprofessional unless you used to work for a direct competitor haha like, I wouldn’t wear a pepsi shirt to my new job a coca cola HQ
Honestly, unless they are paying you extra for company loyalty, wear what you want. It’s not like you’re going to stay at the new agency/company forever either . Also, it’s just clothes at the end of the day lol

I wear my Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce sweater on zoom all the time.
Stick a post-it note over the logo featuring a badly drawn attempt at your new company logo
Not at all
I've done it, with pride, especially since that old agency isn't in existence any more, sadly
I had a coworker who used to wear it in the office lol
I think the biggest point was - you really don’t have another shirt to wear?
Don’t do it. Bad vibes
Only if it's Enron
