What will be the in-hand salary

I got an offer from another company. Currently working in walmart. The main idea behind getting an offer is to ask for a salary rise. I was very much underpaid here. So I thought getting an offer will help increase my pay here in walmart by getting counter offer from them. But i am not sure if I discuss with my manager it will backfire me.Walmart

Job security is not a problem in Cerner. WLB totally depends upon the team and manager , some teams in Technology consulting org have very bad wlb. There's no issue with wlb outside consulting org. You may need to attend a 30 mins call with your US counterparts outside 9 - 6 working hours.

Cerner has been bought out and will become Oracle. There's also been mass layoffs.
If you like the salary and don't mind the above might as well. That being said the pay you get when you sign will only increase by 1-3% each year so keep that in mind too.
