When job security and high pay and work from home these 3 major things I am looking for.

I never miss my deadline in the past 3 years.
And I was respected and got awards from VPs and was also paid well too then.

Hi fishes, @ @Notice period is different in offer letter and company policy.. ie 30days in OL and 60days in Policy. which needs to be honored by HR ?
