Is there any chance of market correction for SA’s who got promoted last year with less hikes as compared to previous years.(where minimum SA band was near 16-17 lpa till 2025 and last year folks were put at 12 lpa standard)?

I joined PwC AC Bangalore as a fresher and have been working here for 13 months.
I was randomly assigned to SAP, but I’ve realised I really want to move away from this and move towards what I originally planned on pursuing i.e. data analysis, I was already well versed in ML and DL with python.
