My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.

6th year of h1b starting in 6 months. Firm has just initiated GC process. How long does it typically take to file PERM and is there a 365 day rule that it should be filed 365 days prior to H1B expiration? Any exceptions to that rule.

What the heck is going on with USCIS green card interviews ? I wait months for interview

Can I file for EAD renewal more than 180 days in advance?
USCIS say we “generally speaking shouldn’t file for it with more than 180 days in advance” – but I’m asking if there’s any harm in doing so. I don’t want my 2019 EAD nightmare to happen again.
