Hi fishers! I have offer and signed contract with Deloitte UK and my start day is in the beginning of April. I need skilled worker visa, and we haven’t applied yet for that. Screening and onboarding is in progress. Immigration team doesn’t reply since reached me out 1st time. How much time does it usually needed to go through the whole process? How many days take for visa to be approved since application?Deloitte
I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?
When that bonus check hits 🥰

Yeah. I’m planning to transfer to southwest and Hyatt. Specifically check out flying southwest to Liberia Costa Rica and stay at the Andaz. One of the best bang for your points trips.
Also if you get a referral bonus for the card let me know and I can use yours

I would appreciate if you would use my link. If you're still looking for a referral!
Do you already have the SW cards? I don’t think transfer points will count towards companion pass - but if you get both sw cards you can earn it
It won’t count towards companion, but still a better value than using through the chase portal. Especially transferring to Hyatt.
Ultimate rewards don’t transfer to AA so you can’t use them for that. You could go to BA and then buy AA flights with those points but no AA direct transfer. Would not recommend that route though. Wouldn’t go the SW route either since their points are pegged to a dollar value. I’d choose another airline or transfer plan where you can get some sort of variable value. Hyatt and United, for example.
