Im finishing up the PERM questionnaire. I have some questions that maybe you know the answer to:
1. If i get a promotion /salary increase after filing what happens?
2. I just recently got promoted (actually a salary adjustment) but job description/ duties didn’t change that much other than now im going to have some people on charge with an L1B visa. What is the implication of this?

Bug Bounty on H1B - I have heard mixed answers on whether H1B holders can participate in bug bounties and there is no formal company policy on the same (apart from being unable to participate in your employer's BB program).

Does anyone know whether H1B holders are allowed to legally participate in such programs on the side? The main income will be from employment. There are no clear answers online and even from lawyers (they say avoid such grey areas).

Why do people still think that talking shit is a way to influence people? I told a partner who asked that I was still deciding between his practice area and another and he spent 10 minutes shitting on that other area and implied the other area was somehow less manly than his and I should definitely make his area my practice when I specialize. Received, signed and returned my written offer. Senior attorneys at v100, how common is it for attorneys who start at small firms to lateral to biglaw? Have you worked with any?
