Is transferring offices less broken at other MBB?

Anyone who has made the jump from big 4 to MBB, what have you noticed the key cultural differences to be?

I want to exit to MBB but if that’s not a possibility what are the next best consulting firms? Looking for at least midsize firms (non-boutiques).
