This is a recent incident happened to me, was interviewed for tcs, salary discussion happened on 12th March and was told to wait for final approval and was told that offer letter would be rolled out in 2 weeks. Hr did not negotiate on the CTC either. After waiting for a month i tried reaching HR they did not respond. After multiple emails they simply say that they cannot move forward due to high deviations. Guys is this normal in TCS that even after final CTC discussions ,candidates get rejectd.

It is more of sitting with users to understand their process and map it to CRM suite and build additional features to map their specific processes.
I have also worked on sales, BD and functional spec creation for new features.
Can I count these as Product Management experience while applying for Amazon or other Faangmula?

If an employee mentions something disparaging or accusatory about their manager during an exit interview, how would you handle? What happens if what the employee said is slanderous and a “he said/she said” situation? how to decide between firms? they seem so similar. deciding between bcg & mckinsey in chicago. are exit opps & brand value actually different between them?

Had a final round at BCG last Friday. After the interviews they said that the would release results today. Then I got an email today saying they will only give the results on the next Friday. What could have happened?? I also know some people how interviewed on the same day as mine and got a rejection email today.

Is it common at McKinsey for partners to be heavily involved in projects? I work in industry and I’m on a project now where a Senior Partner and Partner are on most our calls and seem very involved in delivery. The EM takes point on the deck but less on client relationships. I used to work at Big 4 and honestly our partners were rarely involved.
