Yes it’s due to fake job postings. This is a critically important destroyer of the world. It must be immediately and reverently cracked down on; even if requires extreme risk from us.
1) What are the consequences for people who post fake jobs; don’t honour jobs they do post: and/or don’t honour time commitments (eg how fast they’ll hire someone once they post it and find an adequate candidate)?
2) What are the consequences for repeated offenders?
3) What are the consequences for fake jobs sites, sites allowing fake jobs, promotional vehicles allowing fake jobs, the government offering fake programs and/or fake jobs within these programs; or endorsing them?
