It’s good to see this Philanthropic cause. However, charity begins at home, this year once again PLI and Increment seems to be not on time. Last year, they divided the increment into Variable and Fixed, don’t understand how much can they save by doing this chindigiri. Hope this year at least they behave like India’s largest company and don’t treat employees as they do.

Now HR called and was asking aren't you interested in the offer , HR said that client tried to contact you but you werent responding.
But I didnt receive any call from anyone ..
What is this client call ?
Is the process normal ?
Like I have heard the client calls would be after joining the organization .
