What is the average time you take to make a decision after receiving a formal job offer letter? The day of, 2-3 days, a week? Told my recruiter to give me 1-2 days to just think it through with my family and she comes back saying she doesn’t know what to tell the hiring managers and says that she will assume that I am interviewing at other places. I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed? Personally I am happy and love the work but fear for my career progression.
