WLB is going to be the same across all three.
You need to consider the leaders you’d be working for directly.
What’s the salary vs bonus split in these? I’d prob go with less variable comp.
Also, what’s Cyber PAM, she sounds 1990s hot.
Haha. What role/rank do these offers correspond to?
Pro
How do people get all these offers at the same time 🤯
Pro
Timing, like car shopping, go to several dealers at the same day. I managed 4-5 interviews in one week.
What’s WLB. Never heard of her 😭😭😭
She sounds nice though
D.. no second thought.. D is bigger than EY and PWC, D offering you more than EY and PWC.. Manager in D is equivalent to SM in PWC
Manager in D is equivalent to Manager at PwC and maybe first yr at SM at PwC. SM at D is equivalent to last year or 2 of SM and Dir at PwC.
Probably D
YoE? All things held equal probably Deloitte - better brand for Cyber practice.
YOE - 9

I would pick PwC if comp were the same. However, D wins here

Cap1 by no means I’m saying it’s perfect, but it was good on grand scheme of thing, especially vs peers
Rising Star
Can you leverage/ negotiate these offers? Or have you already done that? Anecdotally I’ve heard bad things about D culture and leadership.
Rising Star
Fair enough, good luck
Chief
Would make your decision on which culture you liked better. For me that was EY, but different strokes for different folks.
Same here except TC was exactly the same. Went with EY at the end
Pro
No offer from another B4?
Pro
ACN
If you don’t know enough to differentiate them, go where you’ll be paid more. Things to still consider is bonus potential and salary increase progression when comparing total comp.
175 base?
TC
PwC isn’t where I’d go for Cyber or tech.
Pro
Capgemini 1, why is that?
I was in the same boat as you about a 2 months ago. Out of the 3 offers, I went with EY because I liked the partner and the folks I’d work with more
I think you’re being low balled. I’m in IAM with 4 YOE less making the same. How did you calculate bonus for the TC? It might be higher than you think?
