Same here. My dog’s been shaking nonstop, and it’s stressing me out too. I wish there were stricter rules on this. Is your neighbors doing it too? Mine is every night.

I’m not sure what it’s like where you live, but where I live fireworks will go off for another couple of weeks. They get less and less as the days go on, but some people buy thousands of dollars of fireworks and set them off all summer here. Plus the Fourth of July weekend people are going to shoot off every night.

Makes it worse that we are in Fire Country, and we recently had some rain, but it doesn't take much before half the county is burning.

Anything airbourne is supposed to be illegal. Of course, they can't/won't enforce that on the 4th, but I just see a tragedy waiting to happen. And I have been through a few wild fires since moving out here. (One where they were evacuating about 15 blocks from me)

Is it possible to be a “silent” investor (party A) with a friend who’s an accredited investor (party B)investing in a company? So if B is investing $50k in a company, and A wants to give B $25k of that investment, is this possible with an agreement between A and B, where they’re responsible for their own portion of taxes?

Back when I was getting started in the food world, I worked flipping burgers at In-n-Out. A man came in and said the burgers he had gotten weren’t right. He dumped the food on the counter and then he started throwing them back behind the counter. We gave him a refund and then his demeanor completely changed. He was calmer and he told us to have a great day as he left us to clean up the mess he made.

At a different job I had a customer trying to swindle me in telling me that there was a deal in an item that never had a deal or promotion for sale so he made me scan the item 20 times before believing me. Obviously, he finally let it go but I scan it with an inventory scanner that showed me all of the sale price promotions if there were any

Once when I was waiting tables, I had a guy pay me cash. The change was 45 cents, which I didn't give back to him because like who wants that. He then asked where the change was, and when I explained that I didn't give back the loose change, he made a big stink about how dollars and cents matter and didn't leave me a tip. He was a republican staffer on capitol hill.
