I’ve been a bedside nurse for 7 years and lately every shift feels heavier than the last. Staffing ratios keep creeping up and leadership calls it temporary. I’m exhausted but nervous about leaving clinical work altogether. Should I be looking at outpatient roles now or try to hold out longer?
