I’ve been a product manager for a few years, mostly working on customer-facing features. Lately, I’ve been getting more involved in platform-level work (APIs, infrastructure, internal tooling), and I’m realizing it’s a whole different mindset. Are there any good courses, books, or content out there specifically focused on Platform Product Management? Most PM resources I find are still very B2C-focused.

I’m getting scheduled for final interview loop next week with this company and planning to negotiate if an offer is extended from them.
