JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

Need advice. I’m a super senior content EP at a well known agency in the U.S., where I’ve been for quite some time. Checked out http://Glassdoor.com, and I make at the high end of the ranges for similar agencies. In the past year I’ve also taken on additional responsibilities (outside of traditional EP duties) that have doubled my workload and raised my profile quite a bit. How should I go about brining up a sizable salary bump (some creatives and even planning peeps earn more with much less responsibility)?

That can happen in a strange job market like this. A lot of people have been laid off, so there are candidates for jobs who have experience but will settle for a low level position. I would imagine a lot of people would be applying. Taking a step backward may feel humiliating, but not as humiliating as long-term unemployment.
Entry level roles are no longer entry level sadly. The job market is so rough that every company expects you to come with a decade of experience for an entry level role. Hang in there and keep applying.
