I've been at EY for a month, resigned, and am in a two-month notice period. I have an offer from TCS but no confirmed joining date. EY is frustrating, won't release me, and I'm considering leaving before my notice period ends to join TCS. EY created my UAN number. Will this pose any issues when joining TCS later?
