I’ve been doing a lot of networking already as of late last year but had someone send a laundry list of shops to look into, while it’s helpful and exciting its also overwhelming. List has 100-150 (with some I’ve already spoken to) I shortlisted 26 and plan to do 40. Im fine reaching out to inquire but I really don’t want to waste time “meeting” with folks NOT hiring. Also some places are real small with 0 black people.
Any thoughts on how to proceed? Should DEI play a big factor in this?
