I’ve been ghosted by five different internal recruiters this month after making it to the final round of interviews. It’s incredibly demoralizing to spend six hours prepping just to be met with total silence. I have a clean resume and great references, so I’m not sure what the problem is. Is anyone else finding that companies are dragged out the hiring process for months only to put the role on hold?

I’ve been ghosted for the countless times even after the final interview. I followed up with them after 2 weeks. They promised to get back with me the following and went silent. Or I got scheduled for the final interview and the following week they said ops…sorry…wrong person 🥲
