I’m pretty excited about the potential the Indian pharma industry has and want to participate in that growth for the next few decades. Can anyone please guide me on how is the comp for a 4 year experienced consultant in the big4, how is the culture in the LS practice and if any firm has openings??

my s.o. and i have a total salary of 210k and we’re 28/25 respectively. her parents ordered a tesla y for 70k and paid off 45k so far. we live in chicago and they are in iowa so they figured it’ll be better use for us to have the car. we’ll pay off the current loan and pay them back the amount they paid throughout the next 8 years interest free. is this even a good deal for us or are we able to get too much car for our age?

Some companies give hike according to certain percentage. Nw from my previous Company's Ctc was very less. So if i am getting an 40% hike based on my previous CTC it's still less then my expected CTC and it ll be difficult for me to survive and relocate in metro cities. Can someone point me to some material where I can read about profit sharing vs 401k. I get the concept, but I am trying to understand is 10% profit sharing vested over 5 years better than an employee 401k match of 6%?
