Sounds like Accenture
Not many is hiring right now and many firm actually over hired for your class last yr in the current market condition - would suggest you stay put, especially no one would be looking at candidates with your tenure, and wait out the next yr. At least you are probably with a big firm that is less likely to lay off juniors
So accenture
bruh all of you are wrong it’s not Accenture, I’ll just wait it out anyways
Get work from another service line or team. They pressured my manager and he gave up on me. Great leader. Now I'm doing work for some other team even tho I've never asked for it. It shouldn't be so hard if you reach out for it.
Definitely Accenture
You're in America with 3 months experience, why do you want to move now? You likely don't have enough work experience
You have a decent package at Acc. Why not stick it out as work will come until you have enough experience to command a bounce to somewhere better (i.e. actual T2 or other consultancy) or industry?
When is a good time to jump?
I spent one month in the bench. Went from studying crazily to playing GTA, and finally almost killed my manager. Can't figure how you stayed there since July. I would've burnt some shit down.
What firm are you at? What job are you looking for?
definitely at LEK
You can get staffed on a project by a different vertical in a non chargeable role, and your vertical can see it as investing in the client relationship. Can be better for everyone instead of you being in the bench. And as soon as a chargeable role shows up they staff you there
The Accenture name will carry you to MBB. Stick thru it.
