Hello All, I have been selected in the interview at NTT DATA and also submitted documents as requested by Recruiting HR. However , it's been a 10 days after docs submission but haven't received any call from HR for salary negotiation. On email follow up with HR, he said he is on it and will come back to me soon for further process. Any views.NTT DATA

I’m going to assume this is what you’re going into a comp discussion asking for.
Everyone gets refreshers annually as long as your performance is not NI (needs improvement). NI is uncommon.
Bonus is standard 15% with opportunities for more based on performance. $60k a year is wayyyy too high. Someone else can correct me if I’m wrong for CE.

What level is the data point for SM1?
That's actually pretty decent for L4 Austin. Bonus will be dependent on attainment by your Sales Manager's quota. TK has been very aggressive on those numbers recently so it could be great or miserable depending on how your line of business is. There are opportunities to move to product if that's a goal of yours, but it may require you to do some rotation work or 20% projects on your own. It can be tricky because some managers may not appreciate it.
They're trying to give a longer career path for CEs now so you could just stick around doing this forever if you choose. Refreshers are given to pretty much everyone that isn't PIP'd, but if you want to avoid a cliff after year 4 you'll either need to get promoted (not that bad from 4 to 5) or you'll need higher ratings than Meets Expectations.
Very solid offer for L4 in Austin, regardless of ladder.
