Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Additional Posts in Salary Negotiations
Im not searching for a new job but an acquaintance reached out about a similar role at a similar energy company.Turns out 2 ppl threw my name in the hat. I looked into it and the position was posted 2 weeks ago.Their director wants to meet.I bet pay is one of the first things to be discussed so that no one’s time is wasted.Am I crazy for not wanting to entertain it for less than 20-25% base pay increase? Is it selfish to ask for more? I’m sure most salary conversations end in negotiation anyways?

As you're currently employed, you can incorporate that into your negotiations. If you get close to an offer, you can use the fact that you're in a job to push for more pay, as they'd have to entice you to leave. You could make the case that to make a move you'd need a better position with more interesting work plus higher pay.
That’s true I never saw already having a job as leverage! I guess just because you’re looking doesn’t mean you’re sold.
Negotiating tips for yourself to keep applying, or when you are entertaining a job offer? I would say to have a list of top priorities and reasons for you to apply. Also, you don’t have to push yourself to the brink to do it, just find a routine that works for you.
Yeah good idea, in the past I did it to the bring and it wasn’t healthy.
