It depends on how this current company make you feel on Sunday night? If you are feeling valued and getting along with your colleagues, 20% may not replace that.
If you are looking for a change from the current environment, then the promo and the title is definite answer.
Do it! Who cares what they think! You’re making moves to support YOUR career growth. Just don’t share too much information. What you don’t share, they won’t know.
Agree with the above - go for it! The only time being a job hopper is a concern is in the interview process, so if they gave you an offer it seems they aren’t worried about it so you shouldn’t be either
One time is not a job hopper. It is all about the trend.
I’ve seen so many people within this industry switch companies about a year in. I think it’s pretty common for our industry and as long as you have a good answer during an interview you’ll be alright.
