I've been working at a small CPA firm for about 3 years, and I did 3 years at a financial services firm working on complex 1040s. I'm not sure I can do another tax season. I really wish I could go private and work as a senior accountant or something. I prepare journal entries for year end closing and stuff like that. I'm a CPA. Would it be possible for me to get an assistant controller or senior accountant role somewhere with my experience?

How much variable pay percentage on CTC in HCL for Teach Lead position

I have a in person(online, 4 hours - 4 people) technical interview coming up and I have been practicing my coding for the past 3 weeks. The only thought I've been having is "what if I can't solve the coding question?" I am still fairly new to the software engineer scene and the position is for a level 1 software engineer.
Does it essentially end my chances if at any point I can't solve the question? I mean I will definitely attempt to talk it through, ask question, but no progress in code. 🤷

Should you discuss salary range with an internal company recruiter prior to setting up an interview? With external recruiters it’s pretty easy to talk about the expected range. I am trying to avoid wasting all of our time if i get to the last interview and they are expecting a salary that is too low for me.
