How do I get into the job I really want if everybody wants experience but employers are not giving me the opportunity?

Are there any non-client facing agency roles that one could move to? Currently at a holdco media agency.

Any recommendations for a coach (or even therapist) to help work through some career issues?

Not long ago I obtained bachelors and in the interim I have been working at Morgan Stanley. I started thinking about next steps for my education and initial thought was to just go straight to MBA but then I started hearing about people with BS in Business and Masters in different areas not that closely related. Is it even possible to to do for instance masters in law if I only have bs in business or for example masters in something related to renewable energy or so?

I’d like to transition from consulting and corporate strategy/dev to sales and business development…

Selling was a part of my experience thus far but I don’t have formal sales credentials.

How do I find out which part (SDR,BDR, etc.) I’d be best at?
