I’ve been working on a short-term assignment that’s ending soon, and I’ll also be going on my 12-month maternity leave. Since my contract ends while I’m on leave, I honestly didn’t expect the company to bring me back to the same position. But today, a senior manager came to me and asked me to sign a contract renewal. What really made my day was when he said, “We’d love to have you back.” 😊

Went through multi-day loop for L5 SA and felt confident in my interactions. Presentation went well with no lack of answers for follow up questions. Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?
