I’ve cleared all my interviews for Deloitte India and had a salary discussion with HR about a week later. A week after that, I received an email with a link to create a profile and upload my documents, which I’ve completed. It’s been around a week since then, and I haven’t received any updates or offer letter. The HR is also not responding to emails or calls.

Is this kind of delay normal in Deloitte India’s hiring process? How long does Deloitte takes to release the offer after document upload?

Has anyone dealt with a therapist not being able to see you (virtually) while you are temporarily located in another state? l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.
