I’ve completed my BSc in Computer Science and want to start my career in IT as soon as possible. Due to family pressure, I’m aiming for big companies like Accenture, Infosys, Wipro, or Genpact. I’m open to entry-level roles such as IT support, service desk, testing, or content moderation. I can learn any required skills quickly. I’m based in Bangalore and need to get a job before March 10. Please suggest the best option for a fresher.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

I think I may have made a huge mistake today. My skip level director sent out an email about something and asked us for feedback. I sent back a note and provided some.
