Leaving my current job for a career pivot. Current job has been challenging to say the least and senior management never hears what others have to say. Employment is an at will state.
Senior leadership is so unforgiving that I fear by giving notice, I’ll be asked to leave and lose out on two weeks pay.
Thoughts and feedback on not giving notice or reducing the typical two weeks?

Reading posts here it seems as engineers in the US get's atleast $100k, people with 4-5 YOE in SWE seems to have ~$250K. Working in Sweden my base pay is $50k, bonus per year of $5k and I usually have to work overtime making my salary in total at a maximum $70k. I have 4 YOE and also work as SWE. Sweden has a insanely high tax rate (employee tax is 33% below 56k, 50% over $56k). There's also employers tax, and highly taxed fuels, food, clothes, which ends up in total paying around in 80% tax.

With product design questions, I struggle to identify user groups. Once I do everything starts flowing and I’m confident. But the initial identification of user groups is something I find challenging. What’s your go-to way of doing this? Recruiter from Amazon reached out for a phone screen for a L7 role st Amazon - Principal Product Manager, Technical. I'm a first year M and have been in consulting mostly. I do have the technical expertise the role requires but no product management experience per se. Think L7 at Amazon for me is a reach. My concern is if I interview and fail, I will be barred from interviewing from another role for 6 to 12 months. Should I give it a shot or save my chance for something more realistic (e.g. L6)?
