Anyone who says they know what will happens is lying to you. Unless they’re in the C-Suite of the holding cos of Omnicom or IPG they have zero idea. And even then they have no idea how most of the clients are gonna feel about this.
Yeah this has kind of been the talk of the town for some time now. I think things will definitely shift but I don't think there's anything we can/should do until we know for sure how it's going to affect us. Then we will have to adapt/adjust accordingly

Not sure myself, but the merged entity's scale and capabilities may make it harder for smaller independent agencies in Chicago to compete. I see a potential impact on job opportunities at boutique firms!
I don’t think this will happen. The indies are capitalizing on their strength of being small, creative and nimble. Their offerings are totally different (and opposite) to holding companies. Their strength comes from being different to big ass holding company agencies, not from trying to be like them.
