I’ve never felt more burnt out and management acts like it’s not even a thing. “Just use your unlimited PTO” but also “remember to provide impeccable client service”. Literally am not able to do both. So. Burnt. Out.

I’m seriously enatkng to get into an SE role and have been searching for Associate Sales Engineers that do NOT require SE experience since I’ve none. It’s proving to be difficult. Most companies for some reason are requiring 2-3 years of experience for the Associate role. 😭 Any Sales Engineers who know of companies hiring those with no experience? I am in tech as a BDR already.

Is CMA worth getting after getting the CPA? Or is it better to get the CFA. Also don’t have much finance background so I don’t know if I can pass the CFA will require a lot of hard work. Interesting in hearing people’s thoughts.

I have no plans in leaving PA anytime soon but I figure maybe I should look into another certification that holds value and makes me more marketable compared to my peers. Appreciate any thoughts and advice.
