I've had that happen, I'll need to explain something and it's hard to find the words. What I'll do if I know I'll need to explain something, such as in a meeting, is I'll make some notes I can refer to. They would be cryptic to anyone else, but sometimes just having a few things written down helps me get my thoughts organized so I can speak about them clearly.

I have been in such scenarios quite bit of times, it's like I know but I can't explain, what I have learned is some fancy words and a way to communicate gap between Non -Technical and Technical personals.
