I feel like I'm most productive mid to late mornings. So around 10:30 to 11:30 I feel unstoppable. It's that thing where I have energy and the day's events have not yet conspired to fatigue me. In the mid afternoon I often feel quite tired, to the point where I feel like I could just fall asleep at my desk. I avoid eating anything sugary at lunch, I think that's part of the problem, I'll have a sugar high from lunch and then the crash from it is brutal.
I am most productive in the afternoons actually. I am not a morning person at all so I feel like I am not even awake when I get to work. By mid afternoon I feel like I am really hitting my stride.
