Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?

Capsule wardrobes work best— buy a few trousers in black, navy, tan and mix and match with blouses / collared shirts. Lately I’ve been wearing golf polos and trousers (specifically Lululemon Daydrift Trousers). Very comfortable and good for the summer heat. Add a necklace and earrings and you can look pretty polished for zoom calls but feel comfortable.
I say to dress how you wanna be identified. It’s a noble career and even tho most servicing is over the phone.
It’s important to dress your utmost best because you feel better and deliver confidently.
We never go to a restaurant and expect the place filled up with clutter or look unkept even tho they might be catering to few clients.
No Excuse.
If your presence is only online, maybe wear any decent shirt (I like black because nobody can tell on camera if it’s a comfy T or a blouse) and add a blazer. Try to dress as formal as your supervisors if that’s where you want to be someday. Just make sure to be well groomed whatever that means for you. Add some jewelry & a nice professional background to polish things up.
When in consulting, my rule of thumb (even in virtual meetings) is to dress one step more formally than my clients. So if my clients were business casual (jeans on Fridays, button downs / khakis for men and dress pants or khakis and a blouse for women), I’d dress a bit more formally (blazer or sweater blazer and dress or blouse).
