I’ve watched strong candidates get rejected for not being a “culture fit.” Often that seems to mean they think differently or challenge ideas. I worry culture fit is just a softer phrase for sameness and as a neurodivergent person this worries me because I do not fit the mold. Should we retire the concept altogether?

Will Amex restricting guess access for Centurion Lounge actually make any difference?

I can see short term changes but the way Amex has been aggressively marketing Platinum card, we just will have overcrowding of primary card holders 🤷🏻‍♂️
