GHVI it is going to merge with matterport, and TSLA because it is an index fund in itself

I didn't call it an index fund, I said, imo it is an index fund in itself ( if I thought it is an actual index fund, I would not have responded to a question asking about stocks). The market cap though looks big right now but from a future perspective it is not even close to what it is going to be. The pricing is stable now days than what it used to be, the organization has enough cash and the future is bright, hence, imo it is a security to hold long term (2030). Have anything better or of value to add to this conversation, feel free to do that.

I agree it’s hard to understand. Our software runs on top of existing applications to complete various tasks. Take an invoice for example. You may have to put the info from that invoice into 6 different applications, run a report within those applications and then send out that report.

It might take you 5 hours for 50 invoices. Your team might have 10,000 invoices. So we’d come in and create a custom automation for that process so now those invoices are done in 2 seconds

Care to highlight a few points on why? I like SOFI and I am holding mainly due to huge short interest and any good news will squeeze the shorts.

Current market cap is closer to 12B so more like 8x, which is very good imo. But I guess no one is in the long term game anymore.

California tax question. I moved overseas in November 2020 establishing a rental agreement in a different country. I sold my California registered car in May 2021 (my ONLY California asset). I don't intend to return to California, as I want to buy a house in Texas. I have a potential $70,000 CA tax bill due to capital gains from a long-term investment.

Thoughts on stipulating to negligence from a plaintiff’s perspective? At first I thought it was a good idea because it obviously saves time and money and saves you from the possibility of your client receiving nothing. I practice in a contributory negligence state and my client wasn’t rear-ended she was side swiped while at a complete stop. Negligence is still fairly clear but I can envision a reality where a jury disagrees....

Was it a bigger jump in relative lifestyle for you when you went from 150k -> 250k than 250k -> 400k?

Just went through the latter and I really don’t feel any noticeable difference (beyond saving a bit more) - but maybe it’s because I moved to a more expensive city.
