I went to a job interview and had me rethinking if i want to work for this company. The interviewers bragged about themselves, but when it came to asking them questions, they were not straight forward. The role has been open for month and from what i gathered when i inquired- the previous managers- one quit, another transferred. Would this be a red flag?

My old employer asked me if I wanted to come back to the company as a manager. The pay will likely be much better and the position holds more responsibility than I’ve had before, so overall it would be a step up.
