Joined Citi in June as Automation Tester (C10) with 18 LPA fixed. Wanted to know what % hike to expect in the first year and how bonuses work. Heard hikes can be below par initially and bonus may be pro-rated since I joined mid-year. Can anyone share typical hike % and average bonus range at C10 (full year vs half year)?
