JPMC client mandated 5 days WFO. Everyday Morning hrs are consumed in traveling which is terribly exhaustive and evening hours from 6.30 onwards calls start till 11 pm as it is a US account. Is it all manager specific as I can see many people have taken exception but my current manager isn't approving at all n doing favouritism also to his favourites.Does anyone know a way out for applying attendance in the system which doesnt go to manager's approval as Mphasis manager isn't cooperating at all

Any women here with lean PCOS? I do not ovulate on my own (metformin regulated my periods but I still don’t ovulate) and am moving from three cycles of Clomid/IUI to IVF soon. No other issues have been found other than my PCOS (HSG shows tubes open). Curious about your experiences. And the reason I mentioned lean PCOS is because it seems for others with PCOS part of the fertility path is diet/exercise/weight loss but I am already very tiny.

Starting IVF in a month - any guidance in prep for it, things that may help increase success for egg retrieval or anything like that? I started taking supplements advised by my doctor, but curious to hear of anything else! Thank you SO much!

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.
