Hi everyone I have interviewed for a product based company on Wednesday 2nd Feb next day I called HR he said that it’s most probably a positive feedback after that I haven’t received any call or email from HR team how many days should I wait and should I contact them ?

Internship Program Help: Hi Everyone! I’ve never worked for a company with any type of internship program at all, let alone a really successful one. My new company thrives off our internship program, with many of our managers/directors having started as one themselves. I’d like to create more of a structure to this program but not even really sure where to begin. I received a proposal for a Senior Analog Designer role from Bosch in the same city where I am currently working.
Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?
