JPMC issued my offer letter with Bengaluru location but i was selected for mumbai location in my team matching call (i stay in mumbai aswell). Called the HR she said its a mistake from their side, told me she will terminate my old offer letter and generate a new one with location as Mumbai. Called her the next day she said she is waiting for approval from managers.

My question is when my offer letter was already generated (which means it had already got all the approvals) why the process again?

Next thing is there is no joining details like reporting office or whom should I report to on joining date. I have tried to contact HR via mail/ call. No response. What to do? I mean what is the time of the year where requirements in most of the companies are at pick?

Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.

Our managing partner says that we should, but all of the writing guides for litigators that I've read repeats the mantra "show, don't tell" and explain that most judges dread such words.
